Terms and Conditions
1. Our draw is open to residents of the UK who are 18 and over. No employees of Mail Bingo, their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents, or any company associated with the competition and those involved in the promotion are eligible to enter.
2. To enter the competition simply make a deposit between 11/03/09 - 08/04/09 inclusive (the "Promotional Period"). 1 deposit will equal one entry in the weekly draw during which the deposit was made. Each deposit must be a minimum of £10. There is no limit to the number of entries you can have for each weekly draw. Each weekly draw runs from Wednesday 00:01hrs through to Tuesday 23:59hrs
3. The winner will discuss options of holiday dates when contacted by Mail Bingo. Flights and accommodation will be flexible but are subject to availability.
4. The draw for each holiday will be made on the Monday following the end of each weekly holiday prize period. The draw will be made under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified in writing within 45 hours of the draw date.
5. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. The prize cannot be sold or transferred in any manner.
6. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
8. Details of the winners will be available at www.mailbingo.com on the 25th April 2009.
9. The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.
10. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
11. No purchase is necessary. Entry into the draw can also be made by sending a postcard to Mail Bingo, 34-42 Cleveland St, London, W1T 4JE.
