How does it work?

Every time you purchase £1 worth of tickets you will receive 10 bonus points.

For every 1,000 Reward Points accumulated you can redeem them for £1 of Bingo Bonus (10 Loyalty Points = 1p Bingo Bonus) or save up your points to spend on a VIP Shopping Experience in London or a Weekend for Two in Paris! See below for Terms and Conditions

Converting your Reward Points

Converting your Reward Points into Bingo Bonus cash or trading them in for Reward Points prizes is easy!

To convert points to Bingo Bonus follow the steps here. To trade them into Reward Points

- To claim your points simply choose the ‘redeem points’ button when you have logged in to the player’s lobby.

- Select the amount of Reward Points you would like to redeem and hit ‘submit’.

NOTE: Please ensure you have accrued at least 1,000 points before attempting to convert them.

• Only tickets purchased with cash or cash stakes on the games listed above qualify for Loyalty Points.
• Players should allow up to 24 hours for Loyalty Points earned to be credited to their Loyalty Point balance.
• Loyalty Points redeemed for Bingo Bonus will be credited to your account instantly. Other loyalty rewards may take up to 10 business days to reach you.
• Loyalty Points may be redeemed in units of one thousand, the minimum redemption is 1000 points.
